Beijing City implemented a mobile collection system for the street parking charge(printing a collection receipt by using REGO portable thermal printer. When car parking on roadside, the collection staff will print a parking receipt(record the parking time and car number etc.). When driver was trying to leave, they will show the parking receipt and pay for the parking charge. At the meantime, collection staff will print a collection receipt for the driver and then he can drive away. This mobile system is good for managing the parking behaviour and preventing the irregularcharges.
